TROUBLE CONVERSATION
I met some girl at a bar the other night who is a Cincinnati bankruptcy attorney. I usually hate going to the bars, and especially have trouble making conversation over the loud music. I have pretty bad attention deficit disorder, so it is hard for me to focus on a conversation with all the other noise going on. I agreed to go to the bar with some of my friends since it was our friend Billy’s birthday. Otherwise I probably would have skipped it. Luckily for me, it was not a very noisy bar, and they had a great beer selection on tap. They even had an excellent choice of music in their jukebox. We had all had a few beers and were having a good time when my friend introduced me to some girls he had been chatting up. I ended up talking to this one girl, Julie, for the rest of the night. She was in town for a case, and was catching up with some old friends. We even made plans to grab some dinner the next night, because I told her about a restaurant where my friend was the executive chef. It was nice to actually be able to meet someone at a bar for once.
